Jenny’s Fit Bunch is a channel membership to Jenny Fit Start Youtube page providing exclusive benefits and premiere access to channel content.
My favorite part of having my own Youtube Channel is being able to connect with my viewers. Reading comments from my viewers brings me so much joy to hear how these videos are changing people’s lives. It’s the connection I have with my viewers that make me want to do this job forever!
To better my connection with you, I have developed a channel membership, called “Jenny’s Fit Bunch.” For $9.99/month you get 3 major perks that regular Youtube viewers will not have access to:
How fun will this be? You get to join me live once a week and take a class from me! It will be one hour long and will vary week to week, but will always include cardio, strengthening, and stretching. You can even comment before, during, and after class! I stay for chat time and Q & A time. And, don’t worry – if you can’t make the class, it will be archived into a library where you can do on your own time.
You will have access to a 30 minute personal training session led by me once a week! Each week will be fun and different – you never know what I have up my sleeves. We will focus on safe and age appropriate exercises such as posture, building bone and muscle strength, weight loss, achy pains, and more.
No mid-roll ads on any new videos I add. You will not get interrupted by ads in the middle of the videos anymore.
I want to connect with you! I also wanted to make it really affordable too – it’s like paying $1 a class and $1 a personal training session! And, you can cancel at any time.

Here are the two videos members will receive this week. In the "SEATED LOWER BODY STRENGTH, NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUT" video, I will take you through a great lower body strength workout, in a seated position, without using any equipment. This video is designed to help improve/increase strength in the legs, ankles, and hips. This, in turn, will help increase ease with daily activities like walking getting out of chairs, going up/down steps, and more. It can also help alleviate knee and hip pain and decrease risk of injury. In the "IS THERE A PLACE FOR PROCESSED FOODS?" video, I will be discussing the spectrum of whole foods to minimally processed foods to processed foods to ultra-processed foods. We will be discussing which type of minimally processed foods can actually be beneficial to your diet and to your health.
