LIGHT HAND WEIGHTS

I love these hand weights.  They come in small amounts, so the 1-2lb. ones are perfect to hold during your walks outside and also for a variety of our fitness classes (low impact aerobics, tabata, power walking, and more).  It adds just the right amount of intensity, without getting muscle fatigue.  They are very comfortable to hold with grooves for the fingers.  These are the type of weights I use in my gym!  Remember to order 2 to make a pair!
