This Week’s Personal Training and nutritional Videos

Along with a live class led by Jenny each week, Jenny's Fit Bunch Level 2 and 3 members will also receive one weekly 30 minute personal training video. Each week will focus on a different topic.  Level 3 members will also receive a nutritional video and new weekly recipe!

Here are the two videos members will receive this week.  In the "SIMPLE AND SAFE EXERCISES TO HELP WITH WALKING" video, I will take you through a safe and easy to follow workout...8 of my top exercises, in seated and standing. This video is designed to help improve/increase strength in the legs and improve balance. This, in turn, will help increase ease with walking - gait speed, gait safety, and gait stability. In the "POPULAR QUESTIONS ANSWERED ABOUT SUGAR (Part 2)" video, I will be discussing everything you need to know about sugar - so we will be answering the top 12 most popular questions about sugar. This is Part 2 so we will go through Questions 5-8.
