Step Bench

I love step aerobics! It is such a great way to burn lots of calories and build leg strength. It also can help increase balance and coordination. I recommend this step as it’s sturdy and affordable. Some steps out there are not big enough making it unsafe and very difficult to do combinations on it and follow my routines.

This step has a wide platform (16 inches) and standard step length (42.5 inches) and 2 sets of risers, no-slip stepping surface for safety, and adjusts to 3 height levels: 4, 5.9, and 7.9 inches
