Pilates Ring

I love to incorporate different types of equipment into my workouts.  Pilates rings are so versatile.  They can help tone the legs and arms, all while strengthening the core and posture.  Simply squeezing this tool provides not only resistance, but can aid in increased body awareness, better endurance and improved balance, too.
